WattleGrow Terms of Service (placeholder — v1)

This is placeholder text shipped by the builder so the terms-acceptance mechanism (versioning, the `/legal/accept` gate, audit trail) has real content to seed and test against. It is not legal advice and must not be treated as WattleGrow's actual terms. Mark supplies the real text — see `docs/RELEASE-NOTES/r1-foundation.md`, "Decisions needed", for the tracked item — and publishing it replaces this placeholder as a new, higher-numbered `TermsVersion` (a correction is a new version, never an edit to this one).

Who this covers

WattleGrow is a national native-plant database with a shop attached. By using the nursery owner and staff site, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and second factor confidential, and for the accuracy of the stock, pricing and profile information your nursery publishes through the site.

Data extraction and scraping

Automated scraping, bulk extraction, or systematic downloading of plant, nursery or stock data from WattleGrow — by any means other than the documented `/api/v1` endpoints under your own API key and its published rate limits — is not permitted.

No AI training use

Content and data made available through WattleGrow — plant records, nursery listings, stock data, and any text or imagery WattleGrow itself publishes — may not be used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning or AI models without WattleGrow's prior written permission.

Changes to these terms

WattleGrow may publish a new version of these terms. When it does, every signed-in user is asked to accept the new version on their next navigation before continuing to use the site; the accepted version and the time of acceptance are recorded against your account.
